Our location
Lampini is a traditional village, located in south Rethymno of Crete. It is a fairytale village with wondrerful view of Kedros on the one side and the White Mountains on the other. The village’s altitude is 400 meters above sea level which means that visitors enjoy a very pleasant climate for a comfortable living. Lampini has about 150 inhabitants; It has traditional cafes and one tavern, which serves homemade food with many traditional ingredients. This beautiful and well-maintained village also has a children’s playground a football court near the villas and a Byzantine church known as ‘Virgin Mary of Lampini’ dating back to the 14th century,as can be seen from the architecture of the building and the wall paintings.
